What is collected, and what is not.

The plug-in

TRUMSYNT-16 makes no network connections at all. There is no online activation, no account, no usage reporting, and nothing is sent anywhere while you play. The license is a file on your own disk and the plug-in reads it locally. Download it, unplug the machine, and it works exactly the same.

The website

No cookies are set, so there is no consent banner to click away. There are no third-party scripts, fonts, embeds, or advertising or analytics services — every page loads from this domain and nowhere else.

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which keeps ordinary server logs, including the IP address your browser connects from. Every web host keeps these; they are used to serve the site and to block abuse.

Two things are counted: how many people download the plug-in, and how many listen to the audio examples. The counter stores four columns and no more — the day, what happened, which file, and a number. No address, no session, no identifier, and no time of day. Nothing in it could point at you even if the whole table were published.

Buying a license

Checkout is handled by Lemon Squeezy, the legal seller of the license. They collect what a payment needs — your name, email, the country details a VAT receipt requires, and your card or account details. That record is theirs and is covered by their own privacy policy and buyer terms, linked from checkout. LILJEHOLMEN DSP never sees your card number.

The license ledger

When an order completes, one record is written to a private store in Cloudflare Workers KV. It holds the order ID and order number, the email you paid with, the product and what it entitles you to, the license ID and its issue date, whether the order was refunded, a record that you accepted immediate digital delivery on this site, a download link and how many times the license has been fetched with it, and the signed license text itself.

That is the only place your email address is kept, and it exists for one reason: so you can download your license again, from any machine, for as long as the product exists. It is not used for anything else. The license page asks for that email and your order ID to find the record; both are matched against it, and nothing new is stored.

Email

Write to hello@liljeholmendsp.se and the message is kept for as long as it takes to answer, and afterwards as a record of what was asked and fixed. There is no mailing list, no newsletter, and nothing is sent to you that you did not ask for.

What you can ask for

Write to the address above and you can have a copy of what the ledger holds about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted.

One consequence worth knowing before you ask for deletion: the ledger is what lets you download your license again. Delete the record and that stops working, so keep your own copy of the license file first. The purchase record held by the payment provider is separate, and requests about it go to them.

If you think your data has been mishandled, you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
