TRUMSYNT-16 software license terms.

These terms cover the free TRUMSYNT-16 1.3.1 download, its seven-day trial, and the license file that unlocks the full version.

License grant

After purchase, LILJEHOLMEN DSP grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use TRUMSYNT-16 for music and audio production. The free download carries the same grant for the seven-day trial period.

Audio output created with TRUMSYNT-16 may be used freely in personal, commercial, commissioned, released, broadcast, and live productions.

License file

The full version is unlocked by an offline license file. There is no online activation, customer account, or in-plugin authorization flow.

The file is issued to your order and can be downloaded again from this site at any time.

You may not share, publish, sell, rent, or otherwise distribute your license file or license data.

Restrictions

  • Do not redistribute, resell, sublicense, rent, or lend the software or license file.
  • Do not remove or alter copyright, trademark, or attribution notices.
  • Do not use the software or license file to build a competing authorization, licensing, or distribution system.
  • Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the software except where mandatory law gives you that right.

Updates

TRUMSYNT-16 1.x updates are included for licensed users and are published on this site. Your license file keeps working across 1.x. LILJEHOLMEN DSP does not promise lifetime updates or compatibility with every future operating system, host, or hardware platform.

Demo, delivery, and refunds

TRUMSYNT-16 is downloaded free and runs as the complete instrument for seven days, so you can evaluate it before paying. Because the license is delivered digitally, a purchase is final once license delivery has started. This does not affect statutory rights if the product is defective or does not work on a supported system.

The refund position in full — the seven-day trial, the EU 14-day withdrawal right and its waiver, and how to ask — is set out on the refund policy page. The payment provider is the legal seller, and its own refund policy governs the purchase.

Warranty and liability

TRUMSYNT-16 is provided as-is. To the maximum extent allowed by law, LILJEHOLMEN DSP disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, LILJEHOLMEN DSP is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data, lost projects, business interruption, or other damages arising from use or inability to use TRUMSYNT-16.

Third-party components

TRUMSYNT-16 includes third-party components listed in THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.txt in the release package. Those components remain subject to their respective license terms.

Brand

TRUMSYNT-16 and LILJEHOLMEN DSP are product and brand names used by LILJEHOLMEN DSP. No trademark rights are granted by this software license.
