The download is the demo, so you own the decision before any money changes hands. This policy applies to purchases made through checkout on this site.

Try it first
TRUMSYNT-16 is a free download and runs as the complete instrument — AU and VST3, the whole signal chain, all 13 factory presets — for seven days. There is no cut-down build and nothing is held back for the paid version. The seven days start the first time you open the plug-in window, not when you download, so you can take the trial when you actually have time to use it.
That is the real refund policy. Everything below is what happens in the cases the trial does not cover.
The 14-day withdrawal right
Buying digital content in the EU normally comes with 14 days to change your mind. That right can be given up, and for a download it has to be: at checkout you are asked to agree that delivery begins immediately, which waives it. Once license delivery has started, a purchase is final.
If you would rather keep the 14 days, the purchase cannot be completed through this site's checkout. Write to us if you need a manually deferred delivery instead. The trial is usually the better way to spend that time.
Who issues the refund
The payment provider is the legal seller of the license, so their buyer-facing refund policy governs your purchase. Where it gives you more than this page does, theirs is what you get. If something is wrong
None of the above affects your statutory rights if the product is defective or does not work on a system it is sold for. Write first, though: most of what goes wrong is a license that did not arrive or a file the plug-in cannot find, and both are fixed in minutes rather than refunded. Include your order ID.
What a refund does
A refunded order stops being able to download its license file from this site. The copy already installed on your machine is not disabled remotely — TRUMSYNT-16 makes no network connections, so nothing can reach it — but the license is no longer yours to use, and you are asked to delete it.
